Apple App: My XBOX Live
Microsoft just released a cool app for all XBOX gamers in the Apple App Store. Once installed, just log into your XBOX Live account and you can view your game info and avatar profile.
To get the most out of the app, you'll need a Gold membership (as usual). The app is free so check it out!

RIP Guitar Hero :(
According to ars technica and other tech sources, Activision will be retiring the Guitar Hero brand and cancelling any other upcoming GH games. This is a result of a noticeable decline in sales after Guitar Hero 5 was released last Fall.
Activision's stock seems to be on a downtrend lately as well. Talks of downsizing in Activision's camp are continuing to echo in the gaming industry. This could be a sign of a rough 2011 for the gaming giant. Hopefully, WoW can keep them afloat.
But, the real question is, can I recycle my guitars in my blue bin?
